A curly haired girl in fire denim overalls helped me out. She was so smiley and nice. She explained the differences in the bases to me in detail and even with a busy busy store, she was super patient with me. All the staff are young, hardworking and it genuinely appears that they are happy to serve you.I was also informed all sugar is natural here so you won’t bloat like you would if you opt for tropical smoothie instead. And you can make an unlimited number of substitutions here!

This store seems like it’s always so busy, but there’s always upbeat music and it’s a fun environment. brown haired girl in the front was so fast making all our smoothies. Watching these kind young girls work together is always fun and I can eat here guilt-free with all the healthy food. Rylie and RHett are awesome!

Do not go to this one, there’s a girl in there who has dark hair curly hair I believe , kinda big eyes big nose, white skin but not sure if she’s anything else.. either way all the girls in the there are rude, don’t even know how to make anything good. I was talking perfectly fine and she wanna extend her neck out and be like “ HMM” about 3 times with her eyes big im talking right at her and there’s no one in the store so it wasn’t loud. They need to be humbled , they act very preppy and like their parents are rich. Idk whats wrong with them but I hope they get fired. The owner needs new staff that knows customer service who actually enjoys making food

My grandkids love Pit and Peel but this one is going to go out of business if they don 't get their act together. Today they weren 't serving coffee, out of a lot of items, closing at 4, girl had her hair down instead of tied back and kept wiping her brow with her forearm and pushing her hair back with her hand then handling food, ordered two beach bowls and one was ready and the next one we had to wait over 20 minutes for it. The last time we went in there were problems as well. The first time we went there there was a young lady working in the back, a girl who appeared to be the girlfriend of the guy working and another girl working. The girl in the back came to the front and asked a question of the guy. He went to the back then came back to the front and yells, You have been working here for 3 weeks and you should know how to do it. The girl that appeared to be the girlfriend and he started laughing with the coworker in the front also giggling. I realize this is basically a fast food type of establishment but you do NOT treat coworkers like that. There were other issues that were health issues that if the health department walked in it wouldn 't have been good on that day as well. I love my grandchildren therefore have gone back twice. Won 't be going back again.Now we are home the one bowl is not what was ordered. We ordered 2 beach bowls yet one of them has peanut butter in it.I had to go pick up an order at Firebirds and left my husband to get the 2nd bowl. Before I walked out I asked about the 2nd bowl. I was told it was being made. Now my husband tells me after another 10 minutes he had to ask where the 2nd bowl was. It either was given to someone else or it was never being made as told.One more thing, the guy took a spatula to go stick in the machine. As he walked back he was slapping the spatula on his pant leg. Unsanitary.

Ordered 2 bowls, machine was broken but no one was communicating. We waited over 20 mins and finally we asked for a refund because they wanted to give us the little bit they got out of the machine. They finally agreed to refund us our charge but would not give us back our 20% tip, even though we never got any food.We won’t be going back, service was AWFUL
