Mcdonald's - Glen Allen

Customer service was fine. The food on the other hand seemed as tho it was cooked earlier and to re-heat they dropped it in the grease burned the chicken and the toasted bun. Absolutely horrible taste. I won't be returning to the McDonald's at Virginia center.

I stopped by for coffee, I normally bring my own flavored creamer but I forgot my bag at home. When I ordered i didn 't realize I didn 't have mine with me so I told him I did not need creamer. When I got to the window I asked for some. The Lady shut the window and I could hear him yelling I asked her and she said no. I mean is it a big deal that I asked for it at the window? I even apologized and said may I please have.... people are just so rude. 8/16 808 am

Parking: Difficult to navigate the parking lot sometimes Kid-friendliness: Kids welcome at McDonald's

Waited almost 30 minutes, little kids running around unsupervised, a few nuggets weren't even cooked, so they were completely inedible, fries were warm-ish and had no taste. Staff weren't wearing gloves and/or hairnets. There was barely any communication between the customer and staff. Very incompetent. But I'm also not surprised since it's an american mcdonalds.

They can't get an order right. If I order a cheese burger, why would you put a chicken patty on it? I waited today for 20 min only for them to give me the wrong order!! Done with this location!
