I will never not be kinda weirded out by places like CookOut, but it's probably just me and my nerves. The place itself is fine, though I rarely eat inside for that reason. What they are super great for is for getting a quick and good fast food dinner when you work late. This was my first time at Cook Out. I love that they stay open nearly all night and the service is fast and friendly. Food was pretty typical for fast food, if not a slight step up from something like McDonald’s just for the fact that there are so many milkshake flavors. The milkshakes are truly the star of the show! They are so creamy and delicious that I went back a day later to get the banana pudding shake a second time.
Kid-friendliness: They offer food choices for children.
I ordered the chicken club style tray and everything was delicious. The only thing I would change is more than three nuggets should have come with the meal.
Very good food. I got the big double cheeseburger and Cajun fires. I wish they were on the Westcoast.
