Oh, my God! A pork roll vegan sandwich!? chickpea salat sandwich “Toona” ?! and a child menu for my vegan child? wow! everything was great. great worth! great portions. they also have peanut butter cookie desserts that were heavenly and they have YUM earthen jewelry, which is nice instead of sweetness with all coloring and dyes, so I let my child choose two and they have shot crisp butter and chocolate bars! Sadly I don't have any photos of the delicious food, I scarfed it down while driving. I ordered a BLT, loxless bagels cream cheeze and a coconut Oreo that is baked into a coconut chocolate chip cookie. The bagel has carrot (vegan) lox, and I think it tiny sprigs of fennel and cucumber and red onions all on vegan cream cheeze. The BLT is marinated bacon tempeh, lettuce tomato. Vegetarian options: They have more vegetarian choices than I've seen anywhere else!
They offer vegan and gluten-free options! The food is fantastic, and the customer service is excellent! I highly recommend this place. I especially appreciate their effort to provide gluten-free options for those with celiac disease. Thank you!
Delicious food and exceptionally friendly staff! I really enjoyed the black bean burger. This is definitely the best lunch spot in the area!
I love the Gentle Giant Cafe! When it’s open, go. The food is great, affordable, and tastes deliciously homemade. I have never been disappointed in anything I’ve tried here! The revolving dessert specials are always worth messaging ahead and reserving for. The owner dedicates space to local artists and supports other businesses by sharing their vegan options on the FB page. There’s always something new in there! Highly recommend stopping in and giving it a chance. Dawn, the owner, is absolutely wonderful.
Filling and delicious vegan food. Gentle giant is one of my favorite places to stop for lunch during the week! The staff is too friendly and service is always amazing. The chickpea wrap is my favorite ?
