Chipotle Mexican Grill - Glassboro

On Friday, February 25th, 2022, my fiancé and I stopped into Chipotle Mexican Grill, located in Collegetown Center in Glassboro. I told the counter person, Chris, that we had never been there before, so we weren't exactly sure how to order, and he broke it down for us. Chris walked us through the ordering process and made it super simple. Thanks again, Chris, for helping us newbies! The food was super fresh. I got the chicken burrito with brown rice, roasted peppers, queso, corn, and salsa. ???? My fiancé got the steak, brown rice, roasted peppers, corn, and queso bowl. They were both super yummy. Then the next day, Saturday, the 26th, my fiancé ordered us door dash, but that was from the Sicklerville Chipotle. That's how good it was; we ate it two days in a row!!

The absolute worst chipotle I?ve ever ate at. Tried this place three times, but the third time was far worse. All 4 items on the order were made wrong, 3 of the 4 were so light on food we had to end up eating a second dinner. But how do you manage to screw up all 4 orders? I saw the bad reviews and figured no way, it can?t be that bad. ITS THAT BAD. Do not give this place your hard money. Disappointment awaits every visit. Straight garbage.

I was previously very disappointed with Chipotle in Washington township so I was apprehensive about trying this one. I also saw the review previously posted and maybe I got lucky, however our food was perfect. Excellent quality, quantity and timeliness. Portions were excellent not at all skimpy! Thank you for getting it perfect.

I keep giving this location numerous chances because I love chipotle and it?s close to where I live but after tonight I won?t return here. So sick of after 9 they don?t replenish what?s missing because they close at 10. An hour later! Tonight I got a bowl loaded with rice. So disappointing. Barely anything in my bowl and cold. A bunch of young kids ready to get out of there and not worried about good service at all.

I used to enjoy going here as the food was really good and the customer service was also great, but lately it seems that the quality and the atmosphere of the location has gone down. A clear indication of poor management. The one manager I see there, Brandon, seems to he highly irresponsible and constantly mistreats his workers. It is simply not a pleasant site to see when ordering food.
