The sli... read more Visited our family here, as we're aren't from the area, food was delivered fairly quicker however the chips looked recooked and re heated and were hard. The sliced chicken dinner was dry and looked microwaved and my mother in-law had curly fries that were hard and cold. I ordered my father in law. cod and chips and got a fish cake dispite paying for a piece of cod. Such a shame as out in-laws have used these before and recommended us to eat here, won't again unfortunately. Our food wasn't too bad, just felt awful for my in-laws.

Saturday night ordered £30 worth of food, 1hr 40 mins later it arrived minus salt and chilli chips for my son, phone the shop and the girl did not care we had waited nearly 2hrs for food to have something missing! We were told they would get the chips out, 2hrs later still no delivery. Called back the girl I got this time couldn't be more apologetic, at least one person in the shop has decent customer svs. I will not be a returning customer!!

They have difficulty finding staff who can properly take orders, whether it is over the phone or face-to-face. I was left waiting outside for half an hour after placing my order, only to have them come outside and ask me what I had ordered. The service is pathetic, whether ordering in person or over the phone, and even when they do get an order correct, it takes nearly three hours for delivery to customers within a mile. Avoid this place unless you want to be seriously frustrated.

Despite being a long-time customer, last night's experience was extremely frustrating. The order was placed at 6:31pm through their website, with a delivery slot of 7:50pm. The food did not arrive until 9:30pm, three hours after ordering. The prawn crackers were old and soggy, the fortune cookies and spring rolls were missing, and the 15% discount for ordering online was not applied. Overall, the service was disappointing and did not meet the promises advertised on their website.
