Neptunes's Grille - Gladewater

I was very disappointed yesterday with the service and food in the Neptunes. My husband and I have eaten there for breakfast and lunch and were very satisfied, but last night was not the same at all. Our server was not very friendly and did not seem interested in helping with questions. And the food was really terrible... we got chili, that was just a bunch of hamburgers with some spices. My sandwich was burned on one side, but our server never came back to check us so I could tell her. Maybe it was an isolated incident, but I don't know if we want to try again.

Creative cocktails!! Tuesday evening event nights have fun there?s always a friendly staff working! The outdoor terrace has a magnificent view.

The food is incredible! The staff is extremely helpful. I especially enjoy the themed nights; they are my favorite part. I can't wait for the next one!

I had breakfast at this restaurant, and it was a disappointing experience. The waiter insisted that we ordered a waffle instead of French toast, and we had to go back and forth on that three times. We also ordered crispy hash browns, but they seemed like they had been sitting out for a while. The waiter never checked in on us and didn't bring any ketchup, which was actually okay because the hash browns were inedible. We definitely won't be returning!
