Thai Noodle Hut - Feedback

What User doesn't like about Thai Noodle Hut:
Look, it's VERY hit and miss. One day, you will get deliciously moist chicken with a lightly balanced sauce. The next time it will be dry, not great veggies, it will be slathered in far to much soy based sauce, or your San Choy Bau (As was the case last night) will be served with raw, or almost raw onion which made it very unpalatable.On the whole though, it's a safe enough bet, and it always seems clean. I typically dislike pad thai because I find it too sweet and overwhelming. I have tried it at several popular Thai restaurants, but have never been convinced that pad thai is for me.
