Was very friendly and the sub was good.
I was quite unhappy with my experience at this restaurant. On the first day, I visited with my mom and little brother. After my mom placed her order, we noticed that the guy preparing the food had just come out of the bathroom without washing his hands. He simply put on gloves afterward. On the second day, we saw three kids in the restaurant, one of whom was bringing out food without wearing any gloves. To make matters worse, he stopped a girl who was preparing the food and fed her a piece of turkey right in front of us! I definitely won't be dining here again anytime soon.
I attempted to order a subway tray for a friend's family after her aunt passed away, calling at least ten times. Each time, either no one answered or there was a loud noise on the line, which was completely disrespectful. It's unacceptable that they couldn't just pick up the phone and take my order. I called at 6 PM, and they are open until 11 PM today, September 28th. The service I experienced was very disappointing.

Absolutely the worst slowest service while she laughed and talked to her friend or family sitting in the lobby I honestly spent 37 minutes in there to get a meatball sub and I was the first person in line 37 minutes ofc it was about 7 people in line by the time I left but that’s not it people were getting out of line and leaving plus when her friend or family got in line she completely skipped the guy that had been in line behind me for about 20 minutes the friend or family had to ask him did she take his order yet not the employee I have never ever seen anything like this in my life 37 minutes is crazy!!!!!
