After my mom placed her order, we noticed... read more I was quite unhappy with my experience at this restaurant. On the first day, I visited with my mom and little brother. After my mom placed her order, we noticed that the guy preparing the food had just come out of the bathroom without washing his hands. He simply put on gloves afterward. On the second day, we saw three kids in the restaurant, one of whom was bringing out food without wearing any gloves. To make matters worse, he stopped a girl who was preparing the food and fed her a piece of turkey right in front of us! I definitely won't be dining here again anytime soon.

Each time, either no one answered or there was... read more I attempted to order a subway tray for a friend's family after her aunt passed away, calling at least ten times. Each time, either no one answered or there was a loud noise on the line, which was completely disrespectful. It's unacceptable that they couldn't just pick up the phone and take my order. I called at 6 PM, and they are open until 11 PM today, September 28th. The service I experienced was very disappointing.
