This meant we had to drive back and forth, delaying our meal even further. When we inquired about speaking to a manager to express our concerns, we were informed that it wasn't possible. The staff seemed irritated with us and were quite rude throughout the process. Overall, it was a frustrating experience.

BUT I ordered a calzone which he said he couldn't make for some reason. So they ended up making a pizza instead. The pizza and loaded fries were edible. But the cinnamon rolls I ordered where NOT cooked completely! They were still raw in the middle!!!
