The cashier yelled at her, “HEY HEY HEY HEY!" First of all, she's not your child. Secondly, it was an accident. And thirdly, Donna, you need to learn how to treat your customers. It’s unacceptable to be rude by shaking your head and yelling at a child, and then being disrespectful to the parent as well.
