All the changes that was made was due to Consistency and Customer Service and not profit margins. The staff was very polite and professional and I'll definitely will be going back real soon.

The sandwich... read more New owner just as bad food. Having lived in Philadelphia I know what a Philly steak sandwich should look, feel, and taste like and this is not it. The sandwich I received had granular meat not shaved ribeye chopped into ribbons.Also it was so overseasoned and salty that it was only just edible. Yet again I can 't see it surviving
