This restaurant is certainly not a good choice for healthy and fresh options. The chicken noodle soup was overly salty, resembling a bowl of salt with some old bread on the side, and they always include a bruised apple. Since the soup was inedible due to its saltiness, I decided to try one of their gourmet sandwiches that were advertised as being on delicious artisan bread. To my disappointment, it was stale as well! This marks the third time I've had an awful experience here. This place has really declined, and I won't be coming back.
I had a disappointing experience with the customer service at this restaurant. The staff was unhelpful, and I felt more like an inconvenience than a customer. They didn’t come across as friendly, and the service was incredibly slow. It was frustrating not to be able to even get my own food. Additionally, I've noticed that all Panera locations seem to be getting dirtier over time. I've been a loyal customer since their opening, but now I'm thinking about exploring other options. Furthermore, the drinks have become watered down since they introduced the sip club.
The food at Panera Bread was tasty, hot, and served quickly, but my issue lies with the staff. Several teenage boys preparing the food were having a loud conversation about girls and marijuana, using inappropriate language while I was eating. If you have children, I wouldn’t recommend dining here because of the unsuitable language happening during my meal. I would have been very uncomfortable and likely left if I had my kids with me.
I went to get a soda from the machine, but it wouldn't dispense. When I told the staff, they said that if any customer complains about the soda machine not working, we should just say we don't know.
