Service was very warm and friendly. However,The food wasn't what we expected based on other reviews. We ordered several appetizers and started with a Caesar salad that looked like it all came out of a bag and a bottle. Not even the croutons were homemade. We ordered the linguine special and the veal scallopini and both were “ok,” but not outstanding. Compared to other options in the area, there was not much that would bring us back
Excellent service and delectable food! I ordered a pasta dish with rigatoni, sausage, and peas, while my friend chose the fish. We both enjoyed salads and dessert as well. Everything was fantastic, and the staff was friendly and appreciative.
Ancona Bistro is our favorite Italian restaurant. The owners and staff feel like family, and they make everyone who enters feel at home. The food is consistently delicious, and they offer fantastic specials. We absolutely love dining here.
While the young pianist was quite talented, and I appreciate that they hire young people willing to work, the venue itself is too small for live entertainment. We nearly ended up at a table right by the entry door next to the pianist, which would have been quite uncomfortable—cold and loud. Fortunately, we managed to get a table in the back of the restaurant. The food was excellent, and the servers were very friendly.
