Good Times Burgers Frozen Custard

Food was good, we ordered Taco John's and it was as expected. Hot, well assembled, enjoyable.Overall a fairly typical visit to a fast food restaurant, with one notable exception:We saw the way one staff member dealt with a complaining guest and was very impressed. The complaining guest was rude and treated the staff as subservient, but the staff member handled the customer's complaints and rude behaviour with grace while they fixed the issue. Please commend the staff working on the evening of July 23rd, they deserve the recognition. Thank you.

After reading some reviews, I didn't have high hopes. I was pleasantly surprised when I got a beautifully cooked burger with crisp fresh vegetables and crunchy well cooked onion rings. I would definitely recommend this place.

Ordered a chicken sandwich, got a burger. Didn't believe me when I went back to get the right food.

Great service, came back from a fire and the lobby had closed 10 min before but they took our crew's order and were super polite and speedy service. 6/19/24

The fries were great, hot and fresh. Dipping sauce is always good. Although .75 for an additional cup is pushing it. Burgers were disappointing. Parts of my burger were very rare. Both mine and my husband's were room temperature. The bacon was right out of the refrigerator.
