My husba... read more The BEST food, and BEST service, anywhere!! We just returned from a wonderful vacation where we ate at some amazing places... none were better than PC. My husband and I just had lunch on their beautiful patio Tuesday. We talked about how lucky we are tohave this little oasis of the best people serving absolutely phenomenal food and drinks right here in Gillette.

My pizza could have cooked longer too, but others at the table were good. Love the use of San Marzano tomatoes! Niceatmosphere, good and quick service.

This place was great, everything was amazing after a fat day of travel all I needed was a pizza and beer. And queens SHE SERVED!!!!! The salad was solid but average but that was the only mediocre thing. We got the gardener pizza and it was so good. We then got a tiramisu which for me has a high bar because I am obviously a food snob but tragically Carello served again . So good can’t recommend this enough if you are ever visiting Yellowstone and need a 6 hour long car ride to clear your mind this is your stop!
