We waited a long t... read more The food at Localeats is exceptional, featuring rich and flavorful dishes. Unfortunately, I can only rate it 2 stars due to the poor service. We waited a long time to be noticed, our drinks took ages to arrive, and overall, the service fell short of expectations. With only one server working during a busy period, he appeared inexperienced and unable to keep up with the demand. I even saw three other groups leave while we were there, which was unprecedented for me. I hope management addresses this feedback by hiring more staff or improving their service process, as such great food deserves equally good service.

However, I have to give only 2 stars due to the service, which was quite disappointing. We waited a long time to even be acknowledged, and our drinks took longer to arrive than expected. To be fair, there was only one server working, and the restaurant was crowded. Having worked in the service industry for a while, I could tell that this server lacked experience. During our time there, I noticed three other groups leave in frustration, which is something I've never witnessed before. I hope the management recognizes this issue and decides to hire more staff or improve the workflow, because it would be a shame for such a great restaurant to suffer due to poor service when the food is so exceptional.

The sandwiches had excellent taste, were a good size, and all at a very affordable price.
