However, I have to give only 2 stars due to the service, which was quit... read more The food here is outstanding, deserving a solid 5 stars—rich, delicious, and satisfying. However, I have to give only 2 stars due to the service, which was quite disappointing. We waited a long time to even be acknowledged, and our drinks took longer to arrive than expected. To be fair, there was only one server working, and the restaurant was crowded. Having worked in the service industry for a while, I could tell that this server lacked experience. During our time there, I noticed three other groups leave in frustration, which is something I've never witnessed before. I hope the management recognizes this issue and decides to hire more staff or improve the workflow, because it would be a shame for such a great restaurant to suffer due to poor service when the food is so exceptional.
