Crust Simply Italian Gilbert - Feedback

What Ken So doesn't like about Crust Simply Italian Gilbert:
Really want ti like this place, it's great ATMOSPHERE. Caught the HH and ordered the garlic knots, calamari, and meatboard...the knots are hmmm...no garlicky at all, great marinara sauce tho! Calamari was crispy but way too salty, the meatboard was underwhelming, especially compared to what we usually get from North. This is my second order with Crust and that's a miracle since I'm very picky when it comes to flavor of my pasta. The first order was with GrubHub, way too pricey but the second one I decided to drive myself to pick up the food. When I got inside I was greeted, the young girl asked me to go way in the back to get my order. Of course I'm noticing details like the vibe of the place, and how I'm properly being treated....
