This is my second order with Crust and that's a miracle since I'm very picky when it comes to flavor of my pasta. The first order was with GrubHub, way too pricey but the second one I decided to drive myself to pick up the food. When I got inside I was greeted, the young girl asked me to go way in the back to get my order. Of course I'm noticing details like the vibe of the place, and how I'm properly being treated.... What Ken So doesn't like about Crust Simply Italian Gilbert:
Really want ti like this place, it's great ATMOSPHERE. Caught the HH and ordered the garlic knots, calamari, and meatboard...the knots are hmmm...no garlicky at all, great marinara sauce tho! Calamari was crispy but way too salty, the meatboard was underwhelming, especially compared to what we usually get from North. Went on and got the white clam linguini, it was so plain and barely 7-8 baby clam for $22.50 View all feedback.
Always great service, great atmosphere, food quality varied. Sometimes it’s the best thing ever (calzones, stromboli, pastas), other times it’s been sub par (chicken has been a miss every time).
Tiffany was AMAZING! I have a gluten allergy and she went above and beyond with her service. The gluten free pizza crust here is to die for by the way!!
Tiffany our server patiently answered our questions in detail. She made suggestions from appetizers to dessert. The food was timely served. The sauce was delicious and the pizza dough was crispy, not burnt or soggy. The pasta tasted fresh. 1st time customers and we will return.
Pizza was excellent, atmosphere is charming, and the service was excellent. Addie went above and beyond to recommend dishes we would enjoy and make us feel at home. We’ll be back!
The food was excellent and beyond my expectations. The pizza did a split Uncle Louie/Liberatoscioli , the truffle fries
