Belly Kitchen Gilbert
Belly Kitchen Gilbert
Description
Nestled in a vibrant neighborhood, this restaurant has garnered mixed reviews, suggesting a split in experiences. While some diners praise the delicious, well-presented food and attentive service from knowledgeable staff, others lament a decline in quality and excessive saltiness in dishes. The menu, though offerings like the bao and vegan options like tofu fish and chips receive accolades, has been critiqued for lacking vibrancy. Happy hour deals attract noticeable patrons, yet service consistency appears to fluctuate. Overall, the establishment remains a noteworthy spot for those seeking fresh flavors amidst an atmosphere that has room for improvement.

Exceptional food and a great atmosphere! Finally, a fantastic spot in the East Valley!
Our date was wonderful, and Belly certainly lived up to our expectations! The happy hour offered some great deals, and we had a memorable evening. The quality of the food was excellent.
Very unique. Food and drinks are delicious. Great pinot. Our server Bailey was fantastic, explained the menu and recommendations were spot on. The Bahn mi was delicious (spicy), I love the cucumber salad, tofu fish and chips are a dream for vegans.
Our server answered our questions and made great suggestions! We went during happy hour, so the dining room was pretty empty and quiet (which was nice for us).
Belly used to be amazing food with ok to poor service. With the new menu, it 's expensive ok food with poor service. The bao is still good, but the entrees are bland, thebamazing chicken has been changed and apparently can no longer be cooked correctly. The amazing burger was a smashed burger and basic kimchee. No sauce, no flavor. The drop in quality is a crime and the new menu is so generic its lost its feel. The easiest way to get a your server is to stand up, as they will rush to get your check after dropping it off and if boring you for 35 minutes.
