Unfortunately, the pizza we ordered didn't arrive even after 2 hours of waiting and the lady on the phone unfortunately didn't really have an overview of the orders that had been received. After being told a second time on the phone that the driver was about to leave, we canceled the order because we didn't want to wait another 30 minutes. Unfortunately, 6 children had to go home from their birthday without food.
I don't have to rate the food or the service here. I saw a homeless man sleeping at the bus stop this morning. So I stopped the car and brought him something to eat and drink. However, he said that he had had to go to the toilet for a while and that he was really cold. So I asked the pizzeria if he could go to the toilet there. The answer I got was: “He lies there a lot and if I cleaned the toilet afterwards, he would be allowed to go to the toilet. But if that's not possible, I thanked him and went out... I then asked the Greek guy downstairs and he said that it was a given and that he could of course use the toilets there. However, the homeless man couldn't walk down there and I didn't manage to support him on my own so that we could walk down there together. But when he got up, he was so shaking and blue that I called the ambulance and they took him away. Regardless of whether he had dirty the toilet or not... I think it's totally inhumane to forbid someone from going to the toilet when they've probably been lying there all night. Thanks also to all the people who watched us instead of doing anything. INCREDIBLE! But a real thank you to the guys from the rescue service and the Greeks at the Hessenhalle There must be more of you people.
