Das Rumpsteak ist spitze, gute Fleischqualtit und sehr gut gebraten. Der Wirt ist freundlich und geht auch gerne auf Sonderwünsche ein. Wir gehen sehr oft zur Mutter Schmidt weil es einfach schmeckt.

Eine Spezialität sind die Knochen (Spare-Rips) dazu gibt es selbstgemachten Knoblauchdip (sehr lecker). Aber auch die andere Gerichte egal ob bürgerlich oder typisch Hessisch sind zu empfehlen. Auch bei den einheimischen sehr beliebt , daher unbedingt reservieren.

The food was always super quality and visually and tastefully absolutely top. The prices are absolutely moderate. Accept that there are still restaurants with good bourgeois cuisine and regional products at reasonable prices. Hopefully, the high standard, the quality and prices remain in the new location. A timely review of the new site is at least planned.
