Rolls, sashi... read more I won’t lie, I was a little weary about eating sushi in Ghana but we finally decided to try Santoku. Everything we ordered was delicious and fresh. Rolls, sashimi, fried rice, tempura all super yummy. You should be aware there is a dress code, mainly for men (no shorts no flip flops). We went with kids and they didn’t seem to be too concerned my son was in shorts. It’s also quite pricey but sushi usually is. The ambiance was great. Service was excellent and food came out timely (which I very much appreciate). We were two families and went when it opened at 6 on a Sunday and it was very quiet. I think Fridays and Saturdays it can be quite busy. Because we were a big group we made a reservation. If you’re looking for sushi in Accra, I can definitely recommend Santoku!
