Wendy's - Germantown

It’s Wendy’s, so relax and get a frosty. I haven’t been here in a long time, and it’s changed. The people were awesome, and the orange creamsicle frosty is really amazing. The dining area isn’t spotless, but they did the best they could when it was slow.

Waited forever at the box to order. Then had to wait 15 mins for the food after we paid. Then got home and half the order was missing…..

I don’t care what time of the day you come the food is never hot fresh. I work across the street sometimes I go to grab lunch at 10:30 why is the food cold at 10:30 if you just switched over from breakfast. You ask them to make your stuff fresh they catch attitudes tell you it’s fresh. I don’t eat here often because every time I’ve went it’s been a bad experience. The workers have terrible attitudes.

They didn't honor the March Madness $2.00 double offer. The food was pleasant.

Easily the worst Wendy’s I’ve ever been to. Staff is extremely rude. The girl yelled at me “welcome to Wendy’s” then proceeded to continue yelling at co workers in back got an attitude and huffed because I waited for her to finishing yelling to order. After I ordered she didn’t tell me the total or anything just said “pull around” in a very rude tone. Visited at 8:30pm
