Went here for lunch today because I’m trying to cut back on my carb intake. I ordered the Mushroom Swiss Low Carb with a side salad and bottled water. The meat was unseasoned. That highly disappointed me. The cheese on my meat was hard. The mushrooms weren’t seasoned either. The salad was old. The lettuce used was very dark and slimey like. I truly believe they can do better than this.
I ordered a $10 salad, and I was disappointed to find that the lettuce was low-quality iceberg and not fresh at all. The portion size was small, and the overall quality just didn't justify the price. As for vegetarian options, the salads aren't worth the cost.
The burger and fries were great, cooked to order and delicious. The grilled chicken salad was also very tasty.
Haven't had Backyard Burgers in years and happened to be visiting from out of state. Stopped to grab some and I was disappointed to find it was an automated speaker, making it hard to order and ask any questions. Also bummed at the fact that there wasn't an option for waffle fries.
Got my order correct, with hot food. Not fast though.
