I made the mistake of paying for my coffee prior to making certain they had some. Most of the coffee bins were just putting out a dribble and there was no half and half or even skim milk or almond milk available. The one coffee that had contents was burnt. Nice staff. Food was okay. I had a bacon and egg breakfast sandwich that was preformed eggs, with two small pieces of bacon, on a brioche bun. I would not return for the food.
The place is nice but the food isnt to the best level it could be, wasnt bad, ut wasn't great.
I eat there regularly and my food is always good and the staff is great. My happy place as I am there several days a week.
Training manager needs to work on his own attitude for service.
I ordered a chicken frontera sandwich through the app. It was completed at 12:23pm. The staff let the sandwich sit in front of the oven for 22 minutes. After asking for my sandwich, the crew handed me the sandwich that had sat there. They were laughing like playing with people food is a joke. They are usually good about customer service.
