My wife and I were addressed here by the family. I had her famous salad and my wife had Tortilla soup. Both were large portions and very good. However, the highlight was Mrs Trish, who works the ground with a very special pride on her guests. My wife asks for tortillas and she brought me a little cup of soup to try to bring the tortilla chips. I also wanted to get up and fill my drink and she ordered me back and fill... View all feedback. Germantown location has seriously gone down hill since the pandemic. I get it, staffing shortages, inflation, and controlling costs. But this place might as well close down. Rude and uncaring staff and , higher prices for smaller portions. I've been a big fan of Newk's for at least 10+ years. But after my last visit, it's become my last. $15 for half sandwich and half cup of soup only to have it basically tossed on t... View all feedback.

It's in an upper level parking area. Had to take stairs or elevator. Nice area , it was ok food wise.

Best Newk is in town. Staff, food and service were visited the last 3 times.
