Could be so good, unfortunately the staff were so hostile and rude I wouldn’t eat here again if they paid me.

We stopped at La Terrasse in Luz-Saint-Sauveur for a quick lunch during the off-season, when many other places in town were closed. It was one of the few options open, and it served its purpose well enough. • The patio is quite pleasant, although the interior is fairly simple and not especially memorable. Service was polite and efficient, though a bit reserved, and overall felt more functional than warm. • As for the food, it was good but fairly basic. The café lattes were enjoyable, and the eggs with mayonnaise were tasty. The pork pâté was more straightforward, served with simple bread. We finished with a tarte Tatin that was nicely presented and flavorful, even if not particularly standout. • The menu is relatively limited on the savory side, with a daily offering and a few main dishes, while desserts and sweet options seem to take more of the spotlight. • One downside worth noting was the shared restrooms, which were not very clean during our visit. • Overall, it was a convenient stop that satisfied our hunger when choices were limited. Not a destination in itself, but a decent option if you are in the area and looking for something quick and simple.

Visited this restaurant honestly because most places were closed during off season and we were a little late (1.30pm). But was pleasantly surprised with the outstanding service and delicious food. We ordered the lamb leg, vegan pasta and the set meal of the day- which included smoke trout for starters, pork belly (and a kind of pork pate) as the main and chocolate tart for dessert. Very reasonably priced with big portions and a pleasant meal to replenish our body after a long morning hike.

I planned to stay at this hotel in July, unaware of the impact that the Tour de France would have on access. The day I was supposed to check-in, all roads to the hotel were closed and the officers said they would not be opening up until the following day. I informed them that my hotel was up there and they said that was too bad and I should find other accommodations. I called the hotel and was told to call back later that evening after 5pm. I did so, and was again told to call back later. I hung up and called back for a third time and then no one answered. I left a voicemail and sent a message to the property, and to this day I still have not received a response. I went back through my emails and there was NO communication about compromised access to the hotel or how to access it after the stage of the tour that day. I was charged the full amount for the hotel that I was never even able to set eyes on. I am extremely disappointed in the lack of communication and customer service.
