Runza - Gering
Runza
Description
Runza offers a cozy dining atmosphere complemented by friendly, attentive staff. Many patrons rave about the delectable Runza sandwiches and crinkle-cut fries, although some reviews noted occasional greasiness and inconsistency in food temperature. While the ambiance is consistently praised, service can be hit or miss. Unique sandwich options, like those with speck and jalapeños, impress diners; however, certain items, including milkshakes, receive lukewarm feedback. Despite a few mishaps, the restaurant remains a popular choice, particularly for larger gatherings, making it a worthwhile stop for a casual lunch experience.

Customer service skills are lacking. Thought the young lady was ready to take our order, but when her help showed up beside her she acted like she really wasn't interesting in taking the order. Sandwiches were subpar. Cheese on the burgers was cold, sandwich was warm, at best. Fries, on the other hand, were HOT. Nice quiet place to eat, too bad the rest was disappointing. Service: Dine in

I tried Runza for the first time! The interior was really nice and clean, with a simple menu that made it easy to choose. The Runza Sandwiches my wife and I ordered were a bit mushy, but the fries were delicious. We also tried the strawberry shake, which was basically soft serve with strawberry syrup - not my favorite. Overall, it was pretty good. Service was for dining in.
