I ordered the corn fritters and bacon which were decent, but the dish was ruined by the unexpected addition of balsamic vinegar that was not mentioned in the menu description. When I expressed my dissatisfaction as constructive feedback, the kitchen staff responded poorly, showing deflection and disrespect. I do not recommend this place at all. Based on other reviews, this seems to be a common issue, indicating a problematic culture within the establishment.

She was incredibly polite, friendly, and genuinely seemed to enjoy her job. I ordered bacon and eggs on sourdough with a flat white, and the food was exceptional, especially considering the price. Honestly, even if the food had been just average, I would still return just for the fantastic service. Five stars!

The plate it was presented on was elegant, and I appreciated that it wasn't just the usual white dish. The staff were friendly and I was served promptly, even with many customers in the café.
