Feedback
The food at this restaurant is average at best. I ordered the corn fritters and bacon which were decent, but the dish was ruined by the unexpected addition of balsamic vinegar that was not mentioned in the menu description. When I expressed my dissatisfaction as constructive feedback, the kitchen staff responded poorly, showing deflection and disrespect. I do not recommend this place at all. Based on other reviews, this seems to be a common issue, indicating a problematic culture within the establishment.
It is a caffe without too much atmosphere mainly due to the structure and furnishings. the service quality of food and coffee was excellent. vanille cut amazing and thai chicken perfect . coffee super. do not complain as coffee type caffes. my only suggestion would be to turn off the overhead fans.
The personal is extremely rude and will be entertained by negatiw about customers between themselves as soon as the customer runs away.
I was attended to by a woman named Nat, and I can't say enough about the outstanding service I experienced! She was incredibly polite, friendly, and genuinely seemed to enjoy her job. I ordered bacon and eggs on sourdough with a flat white, and the food was exceptional, especially considering the price. Honestly, even if the food had been just average, I would still return just for the fantastic service. Five stars!
I enjoyed a truly delicious gluten-free sundried tomato and feta quiche alongside my coffee. The plate it was presented on was elegant, and I appreciated that it wasn't just the usual white dish. The staff were friendly and I was served promptly, even with many customers in the café.
