What Anonym dislikes about Flowvitality:
A lovely setting for breakfast as a catch-up with family of 6. Service was really good. I had poached eggs on toast with avocado and came with rocket on the side and 2 slices of fruit. I cannot complain about eggs as they were perfect. Very disappointing to have rocket on my plate that was not fresh it had started to yellow. Knowing that I can pop down to get my fix of wholefood yumminess or a soy choc chai latte.. how lucky are we to have a wholesome cafe with beautiful staff and owners .
Omg I had the Thai beef Salad here today and it was AMAZING. I can’t say I’ve ever been disappointed with a single meal I’ve had at FlowVitality and I simply love the shop and all the products for sale. PS the Dahl is also delicious.
Love love love everything about this little place! The yummy coffee, the delicious food, the beautiful Rennie Roo hugs the awesome service.
Great Vegan options and great service. Lovely spot to sit and have a coffee.
Overall yummy meal. The vegan roll was a great price at $14 and tasted great. Pretty steep to pay $4.5 to swap for vegan feta on the Smashed Avo when on the menu it said it would cost $5 to add dairy based feta so wouldn’t it save them money for us to swap. Service was good.
