The food is excellent, but I dislike the long wait times and the limited seating available for dining in. Because of this, the food doesn't stay as hot when I take it home as it would if I could eat at the restaurant.
I ordered online and ended up waiting an extra hour for my food. Meanwhile, a group of teenagers walked in, sat down, and received complimentary cookies, apparently served by a family member. The same employee placed my order on the rack without announcing any names, but I saw her and got up to ask how much longer it would take. When my order finally arrived, the fries were not fresh, and my meal sat there for another 10 minutes because, once again, no one called out the order when they set it down.
I arrived to pick up a takeout order at 10:30, but they informed me they were closed. Their website states they close at 11 PM.
If anyone who had WingStop around this time develops cramps, a fever, and or diarrhea, then you likely got salmonella from this place. 3 of my 8 wing combo were raw/undercooked. 2 different sauces. My wife picked up this order we placed online and told me the staff apologized for the long wait. I rather wait longer than feel sick.
The staff is kind and friendly. The food is as expected. The average score is they are notorious for missing the times quoted. Today was told 16-21 minutes. It's been 30 and still have several orders ahead of me. If you are patient you could have a 4 star experience
