What User doesn't like about Starbucks:
This location was made of a ton of drinks on the menu, and was also underused (supposed 3-4 workers instead of only 2), so the line was quite long. There is also no order available online. Poor management and bad experience, will not be back View all feedback.
Your customer service sucks. 1. They only piling Deinks on the counter call no name. Then don't give straws or sticks and get you crazy when you try to get one. Work.
Service was very very slow. Behind the counter was a wreck, a messy mess....
Just to say that is open they never have anything o chocolate cake pops no caramel no refreshers.
Always friendly every time I go in! The green tea and pumpkin spiced frappuchinos I get are always perfectly delicious, and today my drink was done right after I just paid. : The only time I ever noticed them being a bit slower than usual was when they were training a barista. Overall very nice.
Maybe I caught them on a bad day, but this location was very short staffed the other day. I had to wait for some time and if you have kids, then you know every minute counts. Will give it another shot if I'm passing by since I am a big fan of Starbucks.
