Chick-fil-A - Georgetown
Chick-fil-A
Description
This Chick-fil-A location offers friendly, community-minded service with a clean environment and kid-friendly touches like meals with books and ice cream-making. While the food quality is generally good and the efficiency notable during busy times, customers have reported long wait times and occasional mix-ups, especially with mobile orders. Some food items, like the chicken tortilla soup, have caused confusion due to missing ingredients. Service experiences vary, with some encounters marked by warmth and others by rudeness. Ample parking is available, and the restaurant is wheelchair accessible, but heavy traffic and slow service can detract from the overall experience.

Traffic is always a nightmare every time I visit this restaurant. When I ordered through the drive-thru today, the young woman who took my order read everything back to me perfectly. However, when I received my meals, I noticed that one order was incorrect. I parked the car, went inside, and approached the counter with the wrong order. Four employees were present, but none of them made eye contact or offered assistance. I eventually approached a middle-aged woman with blonde hair and a curvy figure, informing her that my order was wrong and that I would like to exchange it for the correct one. Instead of addressing my request, she took my meal to ask someone else for the right sandwich. When she returned, she rudely informed me that it would take a few minutes. I felt that the attitude and behavior of the staff were very disappointing, and due to this experience, we have decided that we will not be returning to this restaurant.
Once they took my name, it took another 10 minutes before my nuggets were ready for pickup. By that time, they were cold, which was frustrating because the entire process was supposed to take around 10 minutes. The fries were ready when I walked in, but by the time I got to them, they were cold as well, and I noticed I was missing my Chick-fil-A sauces. I didn't want to go back to ask for them. Overall, this was the worst experience I've had at a restaurant.
The first time in over a year for Dine in I was disappointed that they no longer offer military discounts at the Georgetown site. With everything they do, they should be able to return to the military. The sandwich I had was great, but probably not back. As a senior and animal all discounts count on our limited income these days.
Like all Chick-fil-A locations, this one offered incredibly fast and friendly service.
