Door bell is loud and obnoxious. Dings too much when I’m trying to eat and relax and it’s loud and distracting.

This was our first time to this location and it was 45 minutes before closing time. Which my family and I felt horrible about. The manager Brandy and her staff was professional, friendly, kind, and very welcoming even with it being almost closing time. Cold sandwich come with lettuce, tomatoes, onions, olive oil, red wine vinegar, salt and oregano. Hot sandwich do not come with the basic ingredients.I absolutely love that the sandwich meat and cheese isn 't sliced until you order your sandwich.1. Ham and provolone cheese.2. Club turkey, bacon, avocado and provolone cheese.3. Mike 's Philly cheeseOur 10 and 12 year old said this is the best place they ever have had a real sandwich. They can 't wait till we bring them back.

The sandwiches are so delicious! Plus the girls who work here are so sweet! I love stopping by this location in Georgetown because I know I can get dinner in a timely manner! Will be visiting again.

I had a great experience at this location the other night. My sandwich was made to order with the freshest ingredients although it was near closing time. The employee there, Austin was amazing and he provided incredible customer service. I will continue to patronizing this location.
