Selected this property as the host hotel for my cousin's wedding. Was impressed with the service provided by Dustin and his willingness to assist our family. The property is absolutely beautiful and well appointed. I would highly recommend this property to anyone that is visiting the Georgetown area. My room met my expectations. I left my company issued laptop at home and was able to complete several hours of work on the computers provided by the hotel within the lobby. I would recommend this property to business travelers, families, solo travelers, and couples. The only downfall was my inability to swim in the pool and exercise in the fitness center. A very memorable experience!

I was disappointed that a large hotel chain that they don't have a microwave or a mini fridge in the room. they can “rent” a mini fridge when they choose. the hotel is clean and the staff is friendly. the construction runs around the hotel. they also allow the patron saints of neighbouring restaurants to park in their garage, so that in the evening it can be difficult to find a parking space.

I specifically requested daily laundry service, including changing towels and bed linen, in writing before arriving at the restaurant. However, this request was not fulfilled. I also asked for extra bedding for an older guest, but this request was also not met. Is there really room service available? I inquired about getting a refrigerator in the room, but was told it would cost an extra $15 per day plus tax. Luckily, being from Texas, we are used to keeping things cool in our pajamas. The shared shower did not have a handrail, and the lounge was not always open, only during breakfast hours. Even a simple coffee and toast cost around $17. A microwave was not available. The reception staff was friendly and helpful with information, but other than that, I was disappointed. To top it off, the bill on my statement did not match what I actually consumed, so I still need to address that issue. Good luck.

We visited a high time in a weinberg about 20 miles north of georgetown, Texas. this was the best hotel in georgetown, so most guests stayed here. the hotel was quite new, but like most hotels they lacked personal. as platinum elite Bonvoy member was the agent of the recipe new and was not informed about some of the advantages of our status, so we were placed in one of the smallest rooms in the house. that was in order, but it disappointed my wife, as there was only one chair in the room. we used the bar for evening drinks in front of the bed, which was well done. their VIP lounge was open for water and coffee, but not for breakfast or evening drinks. the recipe said they didn't have any employees to care for them. this was also disappointing, as most other hotels in which we have been in january were again normal.
