They have locations everywhere and provide a rare fast food option for vegans. The food is consistently good and my family, who are meat-eaters, also enjoys it. The service is usually good, although not always perfect. My go-to order is veggie tacos with black beans, no rice, onions/peppers, pico de gallo, corn salsa, and guacamole.

They have locations everywhere, making it a convenient choice for vegans looking for a quick meal. The portions are very generous and the food is consistently delicious. My non-vegan family also enjoys eating here. The service is usually good, although not always perfect. Either my order is completely wrong (o... read more I have had so many issues with this chipotle and I keep giving it chance after chance just to be disappointed every time. Either my order is completely wrong (ordering online) or there's a bug in my food like today! I know not to order from this location ever again!

When I saw my order come out, I tried to get the attention of a worker at the register, shouting, “SIR, MY ORDER IS BACK HERE!” The same worker had seen the oth... read more When I saw my order come out, I tried to get the attention of a worker at the register, shouting, “SIR, MY ORDER IS BACK HERE!” The same worker had seen the other customer receive their order before me but didn’t say anything, which was shocking. I wanted to bring this to the manager's attention, given what I had witnessed. What made it worse was seeing the same staff member who had prepared food then briefly help at the register while wearing gloves. When a customer had an issue with a voucher, this worker touched the customer’s phone with the same gloves and then went back to preparing food. This is completely unacceptable. A bit of customer service would have made a huge difference in my experience. It's also important to maintain proper hygiene practices, especially in a restaurant setting. The vegetarian options on the menu looked good, but I won’t be returning to this place again.
