Whenever I am traveling or at home, I always choose Chipotle for a quick and satisfying meal. They have locations everywhere and provide a rare fast food option for vegans. The food is consistently good and my family, who are meat-eaters, also enjoys it. The service is usually good, although not always perfect. My go-to order is veggie tacos with black beans, no rice, onions/peppers, pico de gallo, corn salsa, and guacamole.

I always visit Chipotle when I'm out and sometimes when I'm at home. They have locations everywhere, making it a convenient choice for vegans looking for a quick meal. The portions are very generous and the food is consistently delicious. My non-vegan family also enjoys eating here. The service is usually good, although not always perfect. My go-to order is veggie tacos with black beans, no rice, onions or peppers, pico de gallo, corn salsa, and guacamole.
0 stars. Avoid ordering online if you can. They skimp on everything. The rice was definitely old and was served in clumps. I should have checked the reviews beforehand, as it looks like this is a common issue here.
I have had so many issues with this chipotle and I keep giving it chance after chance just to be disappointed every time. Either my order is completely wrong (ordering online) or there's a bug in my food like today! I know not to order from this location ever again!
When I saw my order come out, I tried to get the attention of a worker at the register, shouting, “SIR, MY ORDER IS BACK HERE!” The same worker had seen the other customer receive their order before me but didn’t say anything, which was shocking. I wanted to bring this to the manager's attention, given what I had witnessed. What made it worse was seeing the same staff member who had prepared food then briefly help at the register while wearing gloves. When a customer had an issue with a voucher, this worker touched the customer’s phone with the same gloves and then went back to preparing food. This is completely unacceptable. A bit of customer service would have made a huge difference in my experience. It's also important to maintain proper hygiene practices, especially in a restaurant setting. The vegetarian options on the menu looked good, but I won’t be returning to this place again.
I’ve been shocked at the unprofessionalism of the manager each time I go in here for lunch. This was the 3rd time in the last month that she treated me poorly…I think it’s because I’m black. Today when I ordered my bowl I asked for a water cup, she advised me that I wasn’t going to get a water cup and I’d have to pay $3 for a bottle. I told her I just received a water cup when I had my lunch last week, she said I was out of luck because the policy changed today. I told her I didn’t have money to pay for a water bottle and she softly huffed something to me in Spanish. I asked the cashier what she said and she advised me that she called me a c**t. I asked for her managers number and she refused, obviously I won’t ever be going back as long as this manager is here.
