Yes, the reception is not always staffed and is probably part of a cost-effective operating concept of not having a permanent receptionist. If I ring the bell, Mr Ro comes. If it may take a minute or two before a response, that is perfectly fine. I guess he has other things to do. We must be able to show that much understanding.
