Ro Kro - Geilo

From the outside it looks humble but functional, quality breakfast.

I have stayed overnight at Ro 3 times. Always satisfied with a good bed and good food for a nice price. Yes, the reception is not always staffed and is probably part of a cost-effective operating concept of not having a permanent receptionist. If I ring the bell, Mr Ro comes. If it may take a minute or two before a response, that is perfectly fine. I guess he has other things to do. We must be able to show that much understanding.

Simple but decent rooms. Centrally located in Geilo near the railway station. Free parking available. Good breakfast.

Reasonable, right in the centre, good food in the inn, 4 floors without a lift, simple but ok breakfast. Very good for a reasonable overnight stay.

Simple and unfussy. Decent food. Pleasant host. Liberating free of music in the living rooms.
