The staff is really nice, but it seems nobody has much experience. The front desk is incapable of calling for a taxi and can't tell you if the restaurant will be open for dinner. A lot of the hotel is really run down, the rooms have holes in the walls, the ski storage lockers don't work. Taste varies, but the very loud band playing oldies pop music made it impossible to talk in the common areas in the evening, and dr... View all feedback.
