this is by far the best chippy in the opposite. the fish chips are always freshly fried and absolutely delicious. fish are generous and clobular. the dough is golden, crispy and not oily. the mixed kebab meat again is the best we have experienced before site, not excessively salty or swim in fat, and extra tasty made by their homemade red cabbage salad and chili sauce. the prices are competitive, the staff are friend... The fish was 50% smaller than other chippies, bland in taste, sightly tough, Majority of other fish and chip shops charge £6 to £7 for double the size, more flavor, softer flesh and you are charging £11.00. that is very expensive for what i was sent, i was expecting something of higher quality. I'm afraid to say, as a first time customer to your business i am very disappointed.. View all feedback.
In my opinion,the best Fish 'N ' Chip shop in Arnold.The staff are friendly.The good is cooked to order,and so is very hot.

It's not one of those places that have large queues...but it should do! The chips are amazing always fresh. Thick traditional chips with plenty of filling unfried very well indeed with crispy light brown outer. Good choice of kebab and chicken with the traditional pies chip sausage etc making it less complicated for the staff has there not busy trying to do pizzas and other things it doesn't allow the queue to build up like you getting some fish and chip shops. I'm talking of traditional fish and chip shop the owner and staff have been fairly constant over the last 10 years that I can remember and you get a beaming smile every time you walk in. I'm not a big fan of Change however living 12 miles away from this fish and chip shop I would rather come here than anywhere closer to home and the chips taste the same as they did when I used to work nearby in B&Q in 2013!! You will not regret using the Fish King in Arnold.
