Great service best of all employees were please try to serve. I can see from this industry that kfc hard try to improve the customer experience and quality of their food. I hope this is still a norm, maybe something for other almost food-outlets to learn from.
Lots of people mention the slow service, that’s doesn’t bother me as long as the food is good. We have had several meals from there and none tasted that good, but the last was awful, it wasn’t dry or off, it just tasted horrible, looked disgusting, We couldn’t eat it and it has put me of chicken for a while. The fry’s aren’t good either We won’t be going back sadly KFC used to be my favourite
Very very poor service, incredibly slow. Waited for ages in queue and even longer for food. I’ve had many KFCs so know how long it should take, this place is well below average I’m afraid.
The wait for the chicken you have is because we prep cook and serve the food ourselves, we are not considered a fast food service we are considered a restaurant however if you are left waiting 10 mins or longer without notice the restaurant is sure to be apologetic and in some cases may upgrade your meal to a large, the reason kfc Netherfield gets such a poor out look is because every customer believes that we are a fast food restaurant. That is incorrect and the store is open 10:30am 11:00pm everyday. I hope this was helpful for you reader.
There is nothing fast food about here. I could have cooked a Sunday roast in the time it took to be acknowledged and served. Not particularly friendly staff, not very clean. One poor member of staff taking orders preparing food and distributing the orders. Unfortunately there isn’t another KFC nearby otherwise we would not come again. I think they need some competition to gee them up rather.
