The staff were great.Nothing too much trouble.Very friendly and very professional too. Fantastic family atmosphere and doggy friendly I cannot recommend this place any to highly.

The staff were all friendly and approachable, makin... read more After visiting Jaspers cafe for the first time recently, it's safe to say I'll be coming back in the future. The staff were all friendly and approachable, making sure we were satisfied with our visit. The food was high-quality and very reasonably priced, with a wide variety of items to choose from on the menu. Service was fast, especially during lunch time in mid-afternoon! Lastly, the cafe was well presented and, most importantly, very clean (a striking difference to many big-chain brands).

I decided to sit at outside table 14 and found the staff to be lovely,... read more On a sunny Friday afternoon, I walked up Ruddington High Street and was drawn to Jaspers. I decided to sit at outside table 14 and found the staff to be lovely, polite, and helpful. I ordered an omelet for my wife and a BLT for myself, along with coffee. The omelet was beautifully cooked and served with a side salad. However, I was disappointed with my BLT which consisted of three thick slices of bread with chicken mixed with mayonnaise on one side, and lettuce and tomato on the other, with more salad on the side. The chicken portion was minimal and there was a lack of bacon, leaving me a bit disappointed.
