Three members of the staff were particularly unple... read more The service at this restaurant was terrible. It seemed like the staff did not want to be there and were rude. Three members of the staff were particularly unpleasant. Our meals were taken to the wrong table after we had waited for half an hour. Three other tables that ordered after us received their meals before us. My steak was barely warm and very fatty for a sirloin. My partner's burger was also lukewarm and nothing special. Overall, this was probably the worst meal and service I have ever experienced. The outside tables were full of dirty plates and empty glasses, attracting flies. I would not recommend this place.

For the main course, I had the Gammon, which was decent but not the best I've had. The Sticky Toffee pudding for dessert was very enjoyable. There were enough staff on duty who were friendly, but it seemed that they were not well-trained or properly led. This points to a failure in management. The service could definitely be improved. Overall, I am not eager to dine here again.
