Lady made me come inside to get my order…whatever maybe they are busy. No one was inside and she was waiting for me and holding my food. Why couldn't she hand it out the window. Also tried to grab my phone with an attitude because she wanted to make sure the food was mine even tho I showed her the email. The point of online ordering is to be efficient

I would elaborate on the food, service and/or atmosphere, but I sat in the drive through for a literal 25-30 min without service, before being forced to leave due to lunch timing. You might say, could be a one off thing . I thought the same thing when they failed to take my order around 6 months ago. I 'm uncertain if KFC is franchise, but if I were this franchisee, I would either shut down or clean house. Even amongst fast food, the bare minimum is you have your order taken, and the food will always be fast food quality . Nothing special, but if you can 't get even basics down, it is a failed enterprise.

I have ordered thru the kfc app waited a hour and they kept telling my dashers it's because the popeyes. Dont WASTE YOUR TIME

Haven't been here in a while. Decided to give it another chance because the last time it was lousy.... Guess what? Food is still lousier than ever. Chicken pot pie was DRY DRY DRY... Found 2 pieces of bones in it.. Famous bowl was ok but when we got halfway done there was flakes of the mash potatoes.... Everyone that works there is RATCHET... Their customer service SUCKS.... Mac and cheese was disgusting.... This location should close down....

Came to KFC 30 mins before closing and got a 3 piece meal, the chicken wasn’t cooked fully blood was still inside the chicken. This was on 11/19/2023
