They need more help, service was louzy. I don't know if she (the server) was disappointed that we didn't order drinks instead of water but she came with a pitcher of water and slammed it on the table with plastic glasses. Didn't even pour the water. It was a friend of the owner that was there that helped out to clear the table. Was not impressed at all with the service

We appreciated our waitress for the service and being attentive to our orders. On a hot day in the Summer like today, ice cold beer was much needed and refreshing. Nachos added the flavour. Location by the Ottawa River was a plus and live music made it a nice touch to the atmosphere too.

We made reservations as we were time sensitive by going by boat. When we arrived we waited to be seated but no one came over to us. We tried get staff attention but were completely ignored. After about half hour we sat down. Waiter friendly but took awhile to get our drinks and got up to find the menu ourselves. Food took well over another hour after that. We tried getting home by boat in the dark.The food prices were average but the food was amazing. They need to focus on customers better.

Although the menu was chosen in advance (one week) there was not enough parmesan cheese for the escargots so it was substituted for cheddar cheese. The shrimp linguini was very oily not creamy so I suspect they ran out of cream and substituted for oil. Also the garlic bread was «extremely» HARD like a rock. And the shrimps were over cooked, very rebury . Not a good place for group xmas diner. The desert was served on cardboard plates and vey very small pieces of cake .

We wanted to drop off some people on the dock and the dock attendant was RUDE and would not allow us to do it. Boaters are always friendly and helpful. It would have taken minutes and we would have been on our way without any disruption to any other boaters. We will not EVER eat at that restaurant if this is the way they treat potential customers.
