Mcdonald's - Gatineau

Extremely slow service. no one on the running gear when I placed my mobile app. had to go inside to get himself, since no one came out after a long time. everyone who works there seems to have had a lobotomie.

Great location that leads to the country of the hut! I love staying here when I leave early in the morning.

They just revamped the place hence the 1 star. Waited 25 minutes for a chicken burger. Always long wait, even if you are the only one there. I have nothing against hiring handicapped/slower people, they need to work and be active in society, but management should avoid putting them all on the same shift all the time or during peak hours( I mean the whole shift).Update They may have changed their shifts, but probably due to personal shortage, it is still slow service.

The employees at this McDonald's seem to be running a clever sort of rebellion, they probably have terrible working conditions. There is absolutely no way that the amount of mistakes on an order is not intentional.

Ordered BLT Quarter Pounder with Extra Bacon. There is Zero Bacon and Zero Lettuce or Tomato. I paid for two apple pies and there are no apple pies in the bag. They sent the wrong order or just don't care enough to even prepare the correct order. The sandwich is cold. The fries are cold. I don't expect much from McDonald's and yet they managed to disappoint me anyways.
