Bistro Le Croque-Note - Gatineau

In a grand celebration of our enduring love, my beloved wife and I traveled to Sterling to celebrate our 10th wedding anniversary. Although the experience came at a high price, it was truly worth it. Our epicurean adventure began with a delicious menu featuring three exquisite courses. We enjoyed tantalizing tartar beef and velvety broccoli soup, followed by a magnificent 12oz NY steak that left us longing for more. The grand finale was a divine cheesecake that brought our culinary journey to a heavenly conclusion. The enchanting ambiance and breathtaking scenic views added to the ethereal experience. I highly recommend visiting this exceptional establishment for any special occasion, as it is sure to create lasting memories.

I haven't had a good steak in a long time, but I can confidently say that the service I experienced at this restaurant was the best I've had all year. Myriam and Shaw-Michael were passionate, dedicated, and attentive individuals who went above and beyond for their customers. The restaurant itself has a fantastic ambiance, with great views and a rich historical background. It's the perfect spot for a special date night. You'll be treated like royalty here, nothing less.

We absolutely enjoyed our experience at Sterling. The steaks are phenomenal, and so is the wine selection. But my favourite thing by far was the stellar service provided by Gen! She’s so knowledgeable and helped us through are meat selection and explained every cut thoroughly! Absolutely would recommend and we hope to visit again as soon as possible!

It's my favorite steakhouse in the Ottawa-Gatineau region. The portions are larger than expected. The steaks are simply awesome. The price is right for the quality offered.

Delicious filet mignon. The calamari is very tasty as well.
